Courses are for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, sell, sublicense, redistribute, or publicly share any course materials (including videos, PDFs, worksheets, or members-only content) without our prior written permission.
- You must not attempt to bypass access controls or share login credentials.
- You must not scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with platform functionality.
- You are responsible for your device security and account access.
2. Payments & refunds
All prices are displayed in USD unless stated otherwise. If your bank applies foreign exchange fees, those fees are outside our control.
Refunds are available for 14 days from purchase, provided that no substantial portion of the course has been completed or downloaded where applicable. We may request basic order verification to process the refund.
3. Privacy
We respect your privacy. We process only the data necessary to provide the service, improve the learning experience, and meet legal obligations.

4. Content & community standards
If the service includes community features, you agree not to post unlawful, hateful, abusive, misleading, or infringing content. We may remove content or restrict access if we believe it violates these terms.
5. Limitations
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data.

6. Changes to the agreement
We may update these terms occasionally. If changes are material, we will provide a reasonable notice within the site where practical. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
